We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Bank Customer Support Manager at our Wolfforth Texas Banking Center (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
A Bank Customer Support Manager will manages Call Center/Customer Support staff and is responsible for the activities and functions within the center. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about their accounts, the Bank's products and services, and to resolve customer complaints.
Additionally, this position will
- Support customers through multiple channels such as, but not limited to: Phone, Fax, Mail, Email, Online Banking Messaging, Website Messaging and Synapsys Service Events.
- Recognize cross sell opportunities and offer ABC Products and Services to our customers.
- Maintain an updated procedure manual for related job duties.
- Provide guidance as needed directly to customers and other support staff
- Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
