If you thrive under deadlines, love storytelling, and can juggle multiple projects with ease, this is the job for you!/ppWhat Youll Do/pulliShoot and edit video for lifestyle show segments/liliShoot and edit video for sponsored segments featuring paid clients of the TV station/liliSchedule and set up video shoots/liliWork with manager, Executive Producer and Host to maintain a high level of quality control for The Bridge/liliEdit and post video content to WSAV social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube/liliPost sponsored video segments to WSAV.com/liliCollaborate with the team to develop out-of-the-box ideas that engage and entertain/liliWork closely with sales team on client-driven content/liliContribute to the WSAV+ streaming app and leverage social media to promote content/liliAssist in booking compelling guests, writing scripts, and creating engaging packages for the show/liliMaintain The Bridge shows video equipment/liliHelp with special projects and other duties as assigned/liliHave fun!/li/ulpWho Were Looking For/pulliA creative, detail-oriented self-starter who loves teamwork/liliExceptional skills in writing, shooting, editing, and producing/liliExperience preferred with Adobe Premier Pro and WordPress/liliProficiency with video equipment (Canon 80-D and Canon C-300) would be ideal/liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment/liliExperience using social media and digital tools to amplify content/liliAbility to work with all departments (Sales, Creative Services, News, Production, Programming) at WSAV/li/ulpEducation Experience/pulliBachelors Degree preferred in TV/Film, or equivalent experience/liliTV production experience desired/li/ulpPhysical Demands Work Environment/ppPosition requires the operation of camera, camera equipment, lighting, microphones, computer and editing suite. Transport of equipment weighing up to 30 lbs. Work outdoors occasionally in all weather conditions and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Work may be conducted in varying lighting conditions.
