Painter

Merakey is currently seeking a Painter to join our team in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area.

Responsibilities include:

• Paint, stain & varnish using brushes/rollers
• Cleaning, sanding, sandblasts, scraping, brushing to prepare for painting.
• Repairs surfaces to be painted including plastering & Sheetrock finishing.
• Erects scaffolding, movable & immovable staging & various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; May have to move furniture & equipment as necessary.
• Mixing & matching paint.
• Requisitions materials & supplies from stockroom.
• Waterproofing.
• Sets glass & applies putty.
• Occasionally may hang wallpaper.
