Your mission
We are looking for a working student to join our People Operations team and provide support in daily & administrative tasks to ensure we offer a great employee experience to our 180+ employees based in our Amsterdam office.
The People team ensures all People processes run smoothly, and we work on various People projects that support the complete employee life cycle. Your role will be to provide administrative support, keep our employee files and HR system up-to-date and help put together any data reports or slide decks when needed. As we are a regulated financial institution, compliance is crucial, and it also applies to our People processes!
What you'll do:
- Create and maintain employee files
- Request criminal record checks for our new hires
- Prepare employee documents such as extension letters, contract addendums, and employer statements
- Request NS business cards
- Maintain the Arbo system and administer sickness
- Make sure all the information is up to date on our HR system BambooHR
- Support with any data reporting requests or putting together slide decks
What you'll bring:
- You are enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's studies
- You are available for at least seven months
- You are looking for a part-time job next to your studies ~ 20 hours per week
- You have an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality
- You are accurate, well organized, and able to handle confidential information
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
