The Customer Warranty Representative will primarily focus on processing requests for warranty requests from home builders, partners, customers, and internal personnel in a timely and precise manner. Our representatives are positive, possess an attention to detail and effectively communicates solutions to our customers. They play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers by addressing inquiries and resolving warranty related complaints, while providing a high level of customer support on HomePro products and services. The Customer Warranty Representative is empowered to make things right to create loyal customers.

Essential Functions

• Monitor channels of communication for new warranty requests or status updates
• Prepare documents necessary to complete warranty requests
• Outbound communication with customers and home builders as needed to confirm installation/repair dates
• Handle schedule changes and reschedule appointments as needed
• Assist with logging, tracking and follow-up of pending warranty requests
• Work with home builders, partners, customers, and internal personnel to close out warranty requests
• Troubleshoot and resolves customer concerns and problems quickly and effectively
• Perform all procedures as required to resolve customer problems and/or concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Ability to keep organized and function efficiently in a fast-paced position.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn HomePro products and solutions including electrical knowledge.
• Ability to remain calm in a high-paced customer service call center environment

Education & Experience Required

• 1-2 years minimum of Warranty or Customer Service experience required
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Regular and reliable attendance record
• Knowledge of Home Building, Remodeling/Construction, electrical wiring and/or experience working in Construction type customer service job a PLUS!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
