About us

We are an aluminum and steel manufacturing contractor and have been operating in Plant City for 22+ years.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring accurate and complete receiving, processing, storing, and shipping of materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Pick orders from stock and/or staging area.

· Validate parts against prints using tape measure.

· Ensure customer order and product BOM matches.

· Prepare product for shipping to customers. Box, crate, shrink-wrap as necessary.

· Operate a bander to band boxes and materials shipped.

· Affix labels as specified by GT Grandstands, Inc. and/or by carrier

· Load trucks with outgoing product

Unload trucks – receive, verify, stage, label, and stock incoming material, either independently or as part of a team depending on order size and daily staffing needs.

· Complete, maintain, and turn in all required paperwork.

· Ability to drive forklift, operate a bander, a saw, and other machinery as needed.

· Satisfy the required hours of the department (to include overtime).

· Maintaining harmony among workers and alerting Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to grievances

· Count, move, and organize inventory as assigned by lead, supervisor, or manager.

· Ability to lift up to 100 pounds alone or using the team lift procedures as needed

· Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions immediately to Manager and Team Lead

· Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
