Would you like to maintain contacts with regular carriers, and become the first point of contact for our drivers? Do you have strong administrative skills and can you deal with hectic situations? For our Venlo Tjalkkade site we are looking for a Logistics Administration Operative who will take care of the tasks from A to Z. You will work in a pleasant team and become the pivot between the warehouse, customer service and drivers.
As our new Shipping Officer, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- You will take care of the entire administrative process of the shipping desk. Think of in- and outbound planning, generate pick lists, create loading orders, arrival reporting, etc.
- You maintain contacts with regular carriers
- You will receive drivers at the desk and take care of the corresponding documentation

- You are pro-active, a problem solver, stress-resistant and dare to make choices.
- You are social, have excellent verbal skills and a good sense of humor
- You master the English and Dutch language in word and writing
- You have experience with automated systems and you quickly make them your own
- You can work between 8 am and 5 pm and in peak season you are flexible to work up to 8 pm (no 9 to 5 mentality)
