Vice President, Food & Beverage EMEA
This role can be based remotely in several parts of Europe, preferably in Belgium, the Netherlands or the UK.

In this role you will report to the Vice President, International Sales and will work collaboratively with senior leadership across the Aptean organization.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals and be accountable for achieving regional sales targets for Aptean’s Food & Beverage ERP products. The capacity to work in a rapid growth environment is required for this candidate. You will be responsible for driving intensity and execution of a diverse regional sales team by providing vision and leadership to accelerate the growth trajectory of the product. You will establish effective operating rhythms and levers and have direct responsibilities to win new customers/business, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, and drive additional pipeline growth for Aptean F&B EMEA set of products.
About you
You will be a motivated sales leader who can inspire a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve sales targets within the region.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years of experience leading large and diverse teams selling strategic mission critical solutions (SCM, ERP)
- Strong business acumen. Purpose led, value driven leader with a track record of delivering sales results.
- Passionate about driving change/influence across cross-functional and organizational boundaries
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages for customers and employees
- Solid professional reputation and experience in building strong customer relationships and delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience with developing plans and strategies to achieve and exceed overall sales goals.
- Maintain an operating rhythm and cadence to constantly pursue better performance.
- Manage and oversee relevant metrics, processes, and goals to optimize performance and accountability.
- Instill a culture of excellence, performance, accountability, and inspirational leadership.
- Attract and retain industry-leading talent to the organization and develop the next level of leaders.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based upon realistic close timelines.
- Bring a systematic, data-centric, and strategic approach to the go-to-market strategy.
- Establishing and maintaining high-level, executive contacts with New Name Accounts.
