Our ideal video editor is excited about film production, understands social media, knows all their keyboard shortcuts, and is always trying to push the boundaries of what is possible with current and future technology. You will report directly to, and work closely with, our Director of Video Production. Must submit a reel of recent work that you worked on as an editor or relevant crew position.

Responsibilities:

• Execute brand style and visual directions with exactness with non-linear video editing
• Efficiently organize creative tasks to complete projects on time and on brand
• Occasionally assist the visual productions department with video shoots

Preferred Requirements & Skills:

• Ability to use both OSX and Windows OS as occasion requires, though most work will be done on a 2021 iMac
• Experience creating social ads
• 3+ years' professional experience editing video/audio in Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
• Passionate about their work and exact in all editing efforts to ensure the final

product is on brand and free of errors

• Understanding of (or willingness to learn) basic color grading in Davinci Resolve
• Ability to adhere to industry standard workflows including data handling best practices and file management systems
• Always willing to learn new things to advance the quality and efficiency of their work
• Ready to work in Davinci Resolve with experience using Color, Fairlight and Fusion
• Experience in Lightroom and Photoshop
• Ability to lift and move products, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour

• Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
