We are looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team of adventurers in the heart of Amsterdam. We are looking for a sharp mind capable of crafting delightful experiences through a deep understanding of users' behaviours. Someone willing to learn and grow by working on several projects simultaneously and eager to turn ideas into engaging human-centred solutions. Adventure Club is a design agency based in Helsinki, Amsterdam, Turku and Berlin.

As a club of curious humans constantly exploring new horizons to solve complex issues, our approach is an explorative mix of human-centred design, business thinking, and bold creativity. Key Responsibilities

• Craft meaningful and engaging customer experiences together with your lead UX designer. Across a variety of digital platforms and mediums such as iOs, Android, web, AR, VR and IoT.
• Collaborate in defining concepts and user interactions to create killer product and service experiences.
• Define and conduct user research and validate ideas by identifying problems to solve, generate hypotheses, implement diverse methodologies, conduct experiments and deliver results to stakeholders.
• Map user experiences and flows and translate them into design drivers and business opportunities.
• Work in a hybrid environment, side-by-side with engineers, visual designers, service designers, and clients.
• Help in designing and facilitating client workshops and work sessions.

About you

• Still in university, just out off the books or with 3 years of experience, we don't care. As long as you are eager to learn more, get excited by digital user experiences
• As a UX, CX designer, you are a problem-solver and loves creating outstanding customer experiences across a variety of digital platforms.
• You are always looking to develop your professional self.
• You are a strategic creative with the ability to innovate and deliver design solutions
• You like to learn more on producing UX artifacts, such as wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Furthermore, you are humble and proactive, constantly investigating how to develop new frameworks and optimise ways of working.
