About the Role:


  • Coordinate and serve as first point of contact for all training logistics, including: ongoing communication, transportation, meals and lodging, training location, attendance, and special events
  • Provide support for in-person training including monitoring practice sessions, serving as a TA, delivering review sessions, and collecting/reporting out feedback
  • Help categorize, print, organize, and store training sessions and materials
  • Support the manager of training and director of training and development in creating, delivering, and following up on training sessions and materials
  • Complete administrative and data entry tasks for the central team
  • Plan central celebrations and peak moments like monthly birthdays and staff celebrations
  • Own meeting communication and attendance for team huddles and virtual training events

Requirements for This Role:

  • Strong organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to react appropriately under pressure, apply good judgment and provide superior customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong networking and follow-up skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as a member of a team
  • Ability to set schedule to meet performance demands
  • Serve as model of Main Street Health mission and values
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing applications)
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a related position, preferred. Knowledge and skills associated with an Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
