For our office in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, we are looking for ambitious online marketers (fluent in Dutch) who want to learn from the best consultants in the country during our Digital Marketing Traineeship.

The traineeship is a training program that will start on February 1, 2023, during which we'll train you to become an online marketing professional. By learning, but above all by doing! During the traineeship, you will follow various training courses on Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, Partnerships, Content and Marketing Automation. You will be trained by our experienced colleagues, but also by our cooperation partners such as Google, Microsoft and Facebook. During your traineeship, you will receive training, and you will join two operational teams to learn the tricks of the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Support in setting up, optimising and analysing online campaigns and projects for our customers;
• Dive deep into digital marketing tools, and explore your interest;
• Engage with theory through lectures, self-study and challenging cases;
• Instead of you watching with us, you will get your own projects.

You:

• Have completed your HBO or WO degree in the field of Marketing Management or similar;
• Are available to work 4 or 5 days a week for 10 months;
• Are communicative, analytical, flexible and independent;
• Really want to know everything about online marketing, and you can explain why;
• Have an affinity with data, social media, advertising and technology;
• Have mastered the Dutch and English language both when it comes to speaking and writing.
