Responsibilities:

• Create API technical documentation to be leveraged by engineers & product managers, that will be used as a guide when integrating new API partners
• Create and maintain process documentation to support day-to-day operations for all functions (product, operations, sales and marketing).
• Document metadata, database structures and business intelligence dashboards for internal analysts
• Develop process documentation for end users on business systems and tools, such as Salesforce, Adbook, & Appian BPM
• Apply documentation design standards to produce high-quality documentation for various Advertising services
• Conduct interviews with various users, subject matter experts and technical staff to gather data for documentation. Analyze and prioritize technical feedback from various audiences and drive necessary changes into documentation.
• Help define writing projects and determine priorities
• Partner with business analysts to document complex business requirements in an easily understood format for technical audiences?

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

Pay: $15.00 - $42.69 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
