Team Member - Guest Service Team Description

$13-$16/hr (Based on Experience) Any available times between 6:00AM - 4:00PM

Part Time & Full Time Positions

Responsibilities and Duties

• Being able to work cohesively in a group setting is a key factor for our team.

• Being coachable, responds well to constructive criticism for self growth and team growth.

• Being able to work on your feet for hours at a time (6-8hrs avg.)

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with the team and guests.

• Able to carry 20-30lbs+ for stocking purposes*.

• Being reliable and on time.

• Being able to work under harsh weather conditions (i.e. Heat, cold, rain, snow)

• Able to multitask and adapt to our change of pace work (Each day will be different. Some days might be busier than others, being able to quickly adapt and pick up the pace when needed)

Qualifications & Skills

• Customer Service experience preferred but not required

• Good Communication skills

• Knowing how to use an iPad

• Dependable and timeliness

• Motivated to learn and being able to take in information given at a rapid pace

• Being able to adapt and change with things quickly

• Serve first mentality

• Positive attitude

• Team- player
