Teamlead IT Development

As a Teamlead you will be responsible for three scrum teams that form a cell. These teams are improving our our core systems on which our entire company relies on. In general consist of a Scrum Master, Consultants, Solution Engineers and a Product Owner. You grow the team by coaching the team members and provide them with constructive feedback. A technical background is preferred to understand and challenge the team in building high-quality data products.

In the role of Teamlead you contribute to the most enjoyable shopping experience by:

• Coaching your team members and providing them with feedback to help them get a little better every day.
• Being HR responsible for the people in your team and you will have the responsibility to hire new colleagues.
• Being present at the forefront and leading by example for your team members.
• Working together with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, Technical Pathfinders and other Team Leads to help the team deliver high-quality products and improve the speed of delivery.
• Being delivery responsible for the planned and committed work by the team.
• Meeting regularly with the Development Manager and other Team Lead’s to align your department’s vision, celebrate the team's successes and discuss issues that need to be addressed.
• Promoting our agile way-of-working and lead by example towards one of our goals in building autonomous teams.
• Responsible for communicating information across all Core teams.

Do you:

• Experience with leading Agile Development Teams or DevOps teams.
• Technical background: several years of working experience within the IT sector, preferably within SAP Domain or Integration technologies.
• Experience with HR responsibility for the teams and experience with recruiting developers.
• You have experience in communicating on all levels within the company.
