TEAM LEAD (IMPART PROGRAM)
Columbia, Missouri

What you’ll get to do:
The Team Leader will ensure that the IMPART team delivers clinically effective services and operates within the parameters of the prescribed model of treatment for this unique group of clients!
The IMPART team is a coordinated specialty care team that addresses the recent increase in children born with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome due to opioid use by expectant mothers.

This licensed or provisionally licensed clinician Team Lead will:
  • Assess referred individuals for eligibility as well as provide therapy services to consumers on the team.
  • Be a liaison for the community and will be available to provide intensive case management as well as evidence-based trauma responsive counseling.
  • Provide services in the consumer’s community setting and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation along with others on the Transdisciplinary team.
Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in a Human Services Field of Study
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in behavioral health
