In this role, you will be responsible for a team of 9 to 12 account managers. Your main tasks include:

• Coaching & guiding your team as needed
• Setting the right example and doable plan of action to support your team towards set-up goals/targets
• Continuously checking KPI's and making sure your team has what it needs to succeed
• Continuously (re)assessing action-plans & processes to anticipate issues and implement change when required
  

Requirements

For this challenging role, we are looking for the following:

• Proficiency in English & Dutch
• Previous experience in leading a team in a similar setting, i.e.: sales related role
• Commercial & customer-centered mindset
• Interest in international cultures (since your peers will be a group of international people with different background)
• Analytical skills + target-driven
