Vista Defense Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Systems Administrator-Intermediate
This is an Intermediate Systems Administrator position that includes customer service and helpdesk support. It is located at the Army Field Support Battalion in Goose Creek, SC. Candidate should have good communication and "soft" skills. Work is on-site. No travel required.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• General IT customer support for hardware, software, printers, and basic networking.
• Installing/repairing network (CAT5/6) cable.
• Managing users, groups, and computer accounts.
• Imaging computers.
• Installing software.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Associate degree or higher desirable.

Certification Requirements:

• CompTIA Security+ CE is required.
• Windows 10 or Server 2016 or higher certification is desired.
• Note: Candidate must complete a "Computing Environment" (CE) certification within 6 months of hire date.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ Years IT Experience
• General network knowledge.
• General Computer Hardware Repair\Troubleshooting.
• General Active Directory knowledge (creating and managing user and computer accounts).
• Microsoft Office Suite\Software (Excel\Outlook\Teams\Power Point etc.)

Other Helpful Experience:

• Networking (Fiber, CAT5\6 cabling, troubleshooting)
• Video Teleconferencing (VTC)
• Veritas Backup Exec
• PowerShell\Scripting
• Printers and Multi-Function Devices

Other:
Must have, or be able to obtain, a secret clearance.
