Position Title: System Administrator II

**Hours are 8am - 5pm (Rotating schedule for on-call)

Overview: Haven’s Systems Administrator maintains the organizations server infrastructure and technologies to ensure security, integrity and high-availability of systems and services. The role requires detailed understanding of modern server and network hardware and software. Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating system and Microsoft Services (Exchange, Hyper-V, Active Directory, etc). Requires experience in clustered server hardware, networking, and storage and other virtualization technologies. Maintains all technology designed for the purposes of communication, including video, voice, and data systems to support the business. They ensure security, integrity and high-availability of communication systems and related components. The role requires detailed understanding of modern communications technologies, as well as experience in mobile communications technologies.

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or 3-5 years of experience is required.
• MSCA, MCSE, Cisco, (CCNA,CCNE), preferred
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications solutions including network hardware, preferred
• Technical infrastructure and operations experience with LAN, WAN, VOIP, preferred
