For the Farm, Milk and Sustainability team we are looking for a new colleague. As a team we drive sustainability within FrieslandCampina: we want to enable FrieslandCampina to lead with sustainability, to be prepared for the future, while valorizing sustainability in the market. We do this by working on fact-based transformation with science, data and knowledge, which are translated into innovative actions and tools at farm level and (farmer) business models.
Wat we vragen
- Academic degree in environmental science, agriculture, animal science or comparable
- Have knowledge or experience with (Dutch) farming systems and familiar with topics like regenerative agriculture and circular farming
- Have a system's perspective approach towards sustainable farming systems and the interest to explore future-proof systems.
- Have experience working with data and modelling
- Knowledge on LCA methodology and LCA standards relevant to dairy, and experience with performing agricultural LCA analyses and or modelling and use of Simapro software, is a preference.
- Ability to place sustainability in broad perspective of dairy farming and dairy manufacturing
- A team player with a talent for being pragmatic and realistic, having a pro-active mindset, and taking the interest of farmers into account.
- Fluent in English (and open to Dutch)

- Build and maintain a network covering e.g. farmers, sector organizations, suppliers, customers, universities and consultants
Innovation Centre Wageningen
