Salary: $40,000- $50,000 Annually / $17-23 hour

Caladwich Consulting LLC is a government consulting firm based in Virginia, serving the needs of Federal clients nationwide since 2016. We specialize in Program Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Materiel Supply, and Procurement.

Caladwich is seeking a Suppl Analyst, Procurement, or Maintenance Management Analyst located in eastern North Carolina to coordinate our growing Materiel Supply business.

Position responsibilities require attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a team to analyze program requirements and develop solutions. The candidate should be a team player who is enthusiastically willing and able to learn how to be effective in the role. The position will require a blend of in-person and remote work. Growth and promotions available as business grows. Specific training will be provided.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct research/review weekly of currently listed contract opportunities to present new viable opportunities to the team for bid proposals
• Generate new opportunities and leads based on agency forecasts, research, and outreach to contracting offices
• Submitting bids through Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS)
• Continued communication with partners (military and commercial) to ensure a strong relationship and no missed opportunities
• Invoicing via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
• Shipment coordination via Vendor Shipment Module (VSM)
• Coordination with manufacture, DLA, and DCMA regarding deliveries, expediting, extending quotes, and post award requests
• Outreach emails, site visits, and video calls to partner manufacturers, military clients, and other government agencies
• Monitor company ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) as it applies to partner manufacturing companies and deliveries of parts to DLA or other agencies
• Supply & Parts kitting (combining multiple pieces to a combined shipping package)
• Other duties and tasks as maybe assigned by company leadership
• Professional training/education

Requirements for Candidate:

• 4 years of supply procurement, maintenance management, or warehouse inventory experience
• 2 years military supply, procurement, maintenance management, or contract experience
• 2 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
• Communicate with corporate leadership
• Self-starter with ability to manage deadlines
• Must be professional, courteous, and punctual
• Desired experience with WAWF, DIBBS, PartsBase.com, and other web-based supply support applications

Work Location: Hybrid, primarily remote for first year. Must be local to eastern North Carolina (local area of New River, Jacksonville, Kinston, Havelock, Morehead City)
