We are seeking Subway Sandwich Artists to join our team! We are hiring for our convenience stores and Subway locations. You are the person who greets and helps customers in our store and are the most important person in the organization. You are the face of our company. We rely on you to provide outstanding service; maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment; stock and merchandise products; and, naturally, operate the point of sale system. There is plenty of opportunity to grow in this position and succeed as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

What might you do as a Sandwich Artist?

• Create delicious Subway sandwiches.
• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Drive sales through effective communication with customers
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your store
• Ring sales and maintain cash control
• Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
• Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)

While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on the store, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.

E&C Mid-Atlantic Ventures, LLC operates 59 retail convenience and petroleum stores in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Our stores wave many flags. BP, Exxon, Mobil, Shell, Sunoco, Citgo, 7-11, and Corner Mart stores. We have popular food offerings such as Subway, Dunkin Donuts, and Krispy Krunchy Chicken.
