Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Marketing Leader Europe (for our Global Edible Oils Business) will be responsible for the management of the regional marketing team, development of the marketing vision, strategy, activation and business implementation to a complex business unit. In this role, you will develop and apply in depth knowledge of B2B marketing, business drivers and category offerings and identify compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and deliver business goals. You will drive the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area. Key Accountabilities
Lead a team to develop and execute the long term, regional marketing strategy and annual functional plans for multiple product categories. Lead a team to apply market dynamics, customer needs, competitor intelligence and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for value capture, and drive innovation by translating outside market and category trends and insights into tangible, value add business opportunities to ensure the category project portfolio is balanced and spans both tactical and strategic timeframes. Collaborate with the account and category managers and oversee and lead the execution of category specific marketing strategic, tactical and communications plans. Lead a team that produces launching materials and training to include full infrastructure for launch and develop strong engagement plans for initiatives and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. Plan, create and produce marketing updates to key stakeholders to keep them apprised of major consumer trends and technical, regulatory and manufacturing influences on current and potential product ranges to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of six years of related work experience Minimum of three years of people management experience B2B Marketing experience Food industry experience
Preferred Qualifications MBA in Marketing Eight years' experience in B2B Marketing in the food industry
