Senior Manager,Marketing Hematology & NephrologyNetherlands

Reports to Country Director Netherlands

This is what you will do:

The Sr. Manager Marketing Hematology & Nephrology will lead the preparation, development, and execution of Marketing activities for the dedicated brands/indications in the Netherlands

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and execute launch planning activities for assigned brand and indications extensions
• Develop and execute annual brand plans in close partnership with the cross-functional and regional teams
• Establish a multi-channel engagement plan in close collaboration Digital team
• Congresses management and coordination of marketing activities
• Management of advertising and other support agencies in developing local marketing materials and communications tools
• Creation, localization, and management of local materials’ approvals (incl. veeva/promomat system management)
• Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams (Value & Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance etc.) to ensure integrated plans and aligned implementation marketing activities
• Actively engages and collaborates with International/Global teams to ensure market needs and priorities are considered in the product strategy

You will need to have:

• 5+ years marketing as product/Brand Manager in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong cross-functional player
• Strong understanding of a multicultural environment
• High grade of flexibility
• High grade of planning and organizing skills

We would prefer for you to have:

• Previous experience in sales
• Experience in preparing the launch of a product
