 Can you guide Fortune 500 retailers into the next generation of digital commerce, marketplace, and platform business strategy? Can you define and clearly communicate strategies for business & technology transformation? Are you experienced across multiple retail and distribution functional areas? Can you identify and address the priorities and concerns of various executive stakeholder roles at retail or B2B distributor clients? Can you create and optimize financial models based on multiple business variables?
Responsible for the development and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for McFadyen and the corresponding programs and implementations. Additionally, you will help spearhead SEO activities across multiple channels.
Top 5 Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients regarding marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.
 - Develop a customized SEO strategy based on the website audit and the client's goals and objectives.
 - Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the SEO strategy. This includes tracking keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other performance metrics, as well as providing regular updates and insights to the client.
 - Planning and executing online marketing campaigns to increase awareness of brand or product offerings.
 - Conducting research on current industry trends and consumer behavior in order to make recommendations about which products or services would be most appealing to target audiences.
 
Additional Duties:
- Drive enterprise SEO strategy and execution for the clients.
 - Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to create a holistic approach to website optimization, considering both search engine visibility and user satisfaction.
 - Develop a strategic roadmap for technical SEO initiatives, prioritizing of tasks that align with overall SEO objectives of our clients and drive measurable results.
 - Developing strategic plans to increase sales and improve customer retention rates.
 - Proactively identify new technical SEO opportunities, assessing their potential value to our clients.

- Strong experience in eCommerce SEO: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic, revenue, and ROI.
 - Technical SEO skills: They should have a strong understanding of technical SEO and be able to optimize website architecture, URL structure, and code to improve crawlability and indexing.
 - On-page optimization: They should be skilled in optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates.
 - Keyword research: They should be able to perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent keywords with low competition, and optimize content around these keywords.
 - Data analysis: They should have experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools to analyze data and provide insights that can be used to improve SEO strategies.
 - Project management: They should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring the quality of work.
