Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

Minimum Education

Master's of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology: Preferred X Required

Required Licenses

[Tennessee, United States] Speech-language Pathologist
Current Speech-language Pathology License in State of Tennessee: Preferred X Required

The below certifications will be required at the time of hire:
