Social Science Teacher Position
Brewster Academy, an independent co-educational boarding and day school located in Wolfeboro, NH, is seeking a Social Science teacher for the 2023-2024 academic year. The primary responsibility includes teaching trimester-based electives (global issues and/or economics), a year-long AP Macroeconomics, and creating learning environments in which students collaboratively engage in examining a variety of issues and perspectives. In addition to classroom teaching, candidates will be expected to advise a group of 6-8 students, coach an afternoon sport, lead or support other co-curricular activities, and live in a dorm or serve as a dorm affiliate.
