Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Do you speak Russian fluently? Are you looking to change/start a new exciting career in Customer Support? In Concentrix we are currently looking for native/fluent speakers in Russian to expand our current CS team located in our site in Amsterdam.

As our Advisor I, Customer service position, you will be the main point of contact that interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending upon client requirements. You will handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service. You will be working closely with a big social media platform that has millions upon millions of users and is known and recognized worldwide. Are you up for the challenge?

What do you need?

• You have at least a completed MBO background.

• C1 to Native level of Russian and B2 level of English.

• You have some experience in the Customer Support/Sales field.

• You are available 40 hours a week.

• You have good and strong typing/computer skills.

• You have good communication skills, well organized, accurate and professional.

• Availability to start/work immediately in the Netherlands
