We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless service to local businesses.

As a Wireless Business Representative, you'll get to know our communication technology inside and out. You'll maintain relationships with business customers and be their contact for their account needs.

Sells all products and services offered by Verizon. Make cold calls, warm lead calls, schedule appointments with clients and visit local businesses pertaining to acquiring small business accounts. Participate in local events to embed ourselves in the community. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable speaking to customer on the phone or by text.
• Visit local businesses and meet with decision makers.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs
• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone or text.

Desired Qualifications:

• 1-3 years business / customer facing sales experience preferred.
