About us

MAILBOX EXPRESS is a small retail shipping center in Wilmington, NC. (Kind of like The UPS Store or FedEx Office, but independent.) We help customers package and ship their items to their destinations. We also send faxes, email scans, make copies, and do small print jobs among other things.

We are seeking a Front Counter Salesperson to join our shipping and packaging team. The most important qualifications are that you be presentable, friendly, dependable, and honest.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers pack and ship their goods to the various destinations.
• Be able to work quickly and multi-task to provide efficient service.
• Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale equipment.
• Have a basic understanding of standard software such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Help customers with faxes, email scans, and print services.
• Process payments for goods or services.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
