• Conduct all work order repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Prioritize work orders based on severity and rental schedules.
• Communicating effectively with guests, homeowners, and staff.
• Enter new work orders into the system and update existing work orders.
• Track and order supplies, tools, and equipment (light bulbs, batteries, etc).
• Source parts required to complete work orders.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine if you can fix or if it needs a higher level of maintenance.

• Home maintenance experience.
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize work orders and manage your time effectively.
• Must be detail-oriented and focused on quality and customer service.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to use company software systems (with training).
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license.
• Must have a smartphone.
