As our new Senior Creative you’ll be responsible for concepting & generating new ideas and visual executions & art direction for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, Netflix, or Diageo.

The Real Opportunity!

• Lead the day-to-day creative efforts on Innovation Sprint, Pitches, and selected projects with minimal oversight from Creative Directors (CDs)
• Use your creative superpower to develop concepts and innovative ideas that are both creatively original and purposeful
• Use your expertise in the creative process to plan and facilitate ideation sprints with the creative team members or other departments
• Use your love and knowledge of digital to turn client briefs into effective conceptual ideas that creatively and strategically push the boundaries of design & technology
  
• Be accountable for delivering ideas that are both technically feasible, and can be executed within time and budget constraints
• Use your exceptional presentation skills to write, build and design sensational decks and pitch them to new clients
  
• Communicate with your CDs & ACDs regarding the status of your projects, and ensure the creative and client goals are being met
  
• Lead client presentations and thoughtfully present the creative work for your projects while using your negotiation skills to inspire and persuade your clients
• Support your project teams by processing client feedback and translating them into a plan with actionable next steps
• Use your design skills to, hands-on, define visual language and art direction on your projects. Thereby ensuring our executions are thoughtful, based on good ideas, and well crafted
• In addition to creative concepting, be a visual conceptualist as well, a champion of pushing the limits of our design practices, by always striving to find new and innovative ways to execute the UI/UX design
• Provide hands-on, creative guidance to more junior members during both production, pixel-pushing, and launch. Ensure that the creative output has the sauce and enforce accountability when creative standards are not met
• Use your understanding of UX concepts and best practices; to collaborate with the UX team and provide creative feedback and guidance
  
• Manage, on average, 1-3 midsize projects at a time
• Balance your time between doing pitches/concepting and being hands-on executing your projects in collaboration with the team
• Mentor and lead Junior and Intermediate Designers or Art Directors that you work alongside on your projects and provide constructive, creative feedback.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience at senior capacity
• Best in class ideation skills
• Work samples proving strong visual concepting and execution skills
• Complete expertise in Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite and Figma
• Firm knowledge of design, culture and creative technology
• Experience working on digital productions including interacting with Strategist, UX Designers, Producers and Developers
• Undeniable passion to push the limits
• Relentless curiosity towards discovering and inventing what’s next.
