Overview:
The Sales Support Executive, executes and supports the Sales operation for the European Distributor Partner part of the business. The SSE manages the BISSELL EU ‘account-bureau’. Working closely with the Head of sales, Sales planner and mainly the four International Account managers. The SSE will be responsible for receiving and managing distributor sales, retail and pricing data, to share within the organization.

The role will also be to support the sales team in their day to day account management, connecting directly with our EU key customers about operation follow-up on activation, product launches, budget and sales results. Specifically in The Netherlands where we are implementing a direct to trade business model where the SSE should support the NL sales manager.
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing :

Generic tasks include
  • Assist in processing customer orders in Oracle. (only samples)
  • Generic support to the sales team concerning partner requests, samples/reports/tools, etc.
  • Help with data/market/competitive analysis.
  • Updating the sales presentation templates with the latest and greatest data and product detail.

Master data coordination
  • Provide regular input to the sales team on the day to day tasks of pricing, forecasting, build planning and financial metrics.
  • Be the go-to person for all master data related questions and requests.
  • Help the sales team with content related requests.

Pricing, market data and forecasting
  • Help the sales team and the sales planner with forecasting and pricing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a forecast scorecard per customer.
  • Coordinate sell-out and sell through data. Work closely with the sales and trade team.

Sales Promotion Management
  • Coordinate the promotional spend and activation budget. Work closely with the sales and finance team.
  • Create weekly/monthly PO’s and credit notes as part of the annual activation plan.
  • Develop and maintain a promotional budget scorecard per customer: coordinate the pay for performance pricing elements.
Qualifications:
What you will bring :

Experience and qualifications :
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in sales support / account bureau or ‘verkoop-binnendienst’.
  • Specific concentration and interests; Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
  • Experienced user in Excel; Pivot tables, V-Look up.
  • Outgoing, interest in commercial activation and connecting with international customers
  • Ideally worked with Distributors before

  • Dutch speaking with advanced level of English
