Main duties and responsibilities
- Be a central point of contact for all our retail customers
- Supporting retailer requests coming in directly or via (Key) Account Managers
- Support (Key) Account Managers in providing service to their customers
- Improve retailers’ knowledge and usage of our services
- Manage on-boarding of new retailers and contract changes for existing retailers
- Document retailer-specific activities in our CRM (Sales Force)
- Distribute commissions reports monthly
- Recover rejected forms in collaboration with processing, recovery team and Sales Team
- Manage and update retailer master-data
- Respect all applicable corporate guidelines, including but not limited to data protection, competition law, delegation of authority, pricing, on-boarding, branding.
Reporting and collaboration
- The holder of the position reports to the Head of Merchant Services
- The holder of the position works in a team of group of colleagues with similar tasks who are able to replace and support each other
- The holder of the position provides service and support to the Sales, Marketing and Admin team
- The holder of the position collaborates with Accounting, Refunding, Processing, Customer Service and other departments within the company.
Main KPI’s
- Daily administrative tasks
- Creating reports both for Sales and Management
- Roll out digital issuing solution
- Support in communications towards merchants
Preferable skills and competencies
- Fluent Dutch both speaking and writing
- Very good English both speaking and writing
- Efficient but thorough
- Customer oriented
Business Knowledge/Educational Background
- MBO 4
- Great acumen for commercial matters, combined with analytical and strategic skills
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially with Excel
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management software and database analysis
- Understanding of company-specific systems and processes
Experience
- Min. 2 years of work experience, ideally in customer service
- Able to create productive relationships with internal and external customers
- Good organizational and time management skills. Results oriented and able to prioritize
- Analytical skills
