POSITION: The Sales Lead will assist the General Manager by driving sales, as well as assisting select studio operations and report to Franchise owner on a daily/weekly basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred. This is a sales-focused position.
Ability to drive multiple revenue streams including memberships, private training and retail
Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
Solid writing and grammar skills.
Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Professional, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work harmoniously with Franchise Owner, co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers
- This is a part-time in-studio position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and a weekend day required and holiday availability as needed.
DUTIES:
Make daily phone calls and follow the sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes as needed; expectation is to have full intro classes each week
Manage membership and retail sales of staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Enforce studio policies and procedures
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking within the community
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
