• 
  Proactively identifying new talents, corresponding to clients' needs

• Working with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Creating a positive candidate experience
• Managing offer process, including negotiation of terms and conditions with the clients

• Native level of English. Dutch will be considered as a plus
• Bachelor/Master's degree
• Relevant experience in sales/recruiting
• You are persistent and have passion for sales
• You enjoy to work in a fast-paced environment
• You don't have a 9-5 mentality
• You hold a valid work permit

• Permanent contract with fixed salary of € 2500 and salary increase after 6 months
• Unlimited commission - up to 22% of the fee on top of your basic salary
