GVI, Inc., a Federal Government contractor industry leader, is seeking a Law Enforcement Analyst to support our customer in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Routine administrative functions to assist state and local personnel with guidance and provide support in reviewing state and local yearly operation plans.
  • Provide administrative support with the preparation and processing of Letters of Agreement (LOA) from participating agencies.
  • Ensure and secure signatures of local agencies, and department heads
  • Review statistical and seizure entries daily Response Tracking System (DARTS). Verify the accuracy of information and determine and/or detect possible duplications or overlaps.
  • Build and maintain liaisons with state, local and federal entities.
  • Collect and review monthly and ledger submissions for accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and oversight of purchases made with federal funds by state and local agencies.
  • Assist with close out of current year financial accounts.
  • Provide monthly statistical reporting on arrests and/or seizures.
  • Assist in training activities, when required.
  • Assist with financial investigations and other asset forfeiture related duties.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to obtain an agency clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience analyzing and reporting statistics using various programs such as MS Excel.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience as a federal, state, or local law enforcement officer supporting the domestic cannabis eradication/suppression program is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
