Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented real estate paralegal to join our client's dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions and possess the ability to effectively manage a high volume of real estate files.

Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including reviewing and drafting documents, conducting due diligence, and preparing closing packages.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and government agencies.
Manage real estate closing calendars and ensure that all deadlines are met.
Prepare and file legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and title documents, with appropriate government agencies.
Review and summarize title reports and surveys.
Conduct research on property and zoning issues.
Maintain organized and accurate file management systems for real estate transactions.

At least 3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
