The Street Nursing Team is a grant-funded program that provides clinical learning experiences focused on caring for people who experience homelessness, expands the nursing curriculum, and improves workforce diversity. This research position is housed within the OHSU School of Nursing in Ashland and is located on the Southern Oregon University campus.
Function/Duties of Position:
- Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis and statistical modeling on data collected from clients, clinical partners, and students.

Develops data collection and analysis plan, and reporting timelines.

Continually refines the evaluation plan and framework. Monitors data collected by faculty and students and performs data cleaning.

Designs and maintains data management systems including the development of measurement tools.

Develops and maintains large databases on and offline.

Prepares dashboards and reports of program data that reflect program impact.

Assists Evaluation Coordinator as needed.

- Master's Degree in a relevant field AND,
- Two (2) years of relevant experience OR,
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND,
- Four (4) years of relevant experience
- Experience with grant reporting and outcomes evaluation.
- Experience working in academia.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in working with students.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in working with people experiencing homelessness.
This is a hybrid remote position - the majority of work will be performed remotely, but occasional in-person work may be required on the Ashland campus at the discretion of the manager. This position is part-time (20 hours per week) and the work schedule is flexible. If working remotely, this person must have access to a private, quiet space to attend meetings via WebEx.
