Lakeland Hills Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, is hiring registered nurses to deliver care to residents or patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.

• Available Shift: Baylor

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Florida LPN/RN License, required
• Valid BLS certification, required
