Edgewood Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Registered Dietician to joing their team in the Kalamazoo MI area and South Bend IN region.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with CMS.
- Conduct Kitchen Sanitation audits monthly.
- Assist the Certified Dietary Manager with menu planning semi-annually.
- Complete monthly nutrion services report.
- Assist with staff education monthly.
Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred but not required.
