We are now recruiting a marketing professional to create and implement regional strategy plans.

The Role

• Translate strategy into regional marketing implementation plan & ensures execution to impact financial targets

• Convert BU vision, policies, market research & customer specifications into detailed regional strategies, actions, targets & budgets

• Collaborate with colleagues to create customer, competitor & market insights

• Develop differentiated value propositions & concepts & deploy them into the business

• Drive key product, service & capability changes to help the business achieve financial objectives and lay the foundations for future success

• Collaborate with sales colleagues to create a structured approach, optimise delivery & conversion rates

• Works closely with regional sales & leadership to maintain integrity of the plan, ensure activities are on track and targets are being met

• Help nurture internal talent

About You

• Graduate in Marketing or a relevant discipline

• Experience of marketing or sales in high performing businesses managing multiple brands

• Good knowledge of marketing across both consumer & professional markets

• Commercially astute & familiar with budgeting & P&L management

• Effective project manager & able to prioritise multiple assignments

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key
• Good knowledge in wide range of marketing activities across both consumer & professional markets – with a focus on strategy creation, planning and execution
