Regional PR & Marketing Executive Netherlands will work closely with the NL PR & Marketing team and hotel, restaurant & bar teams to deliver all the marketing, concept development, content and public relations tactics in the NL region, to bring six successful hotels with some award-winning restaurants & bars to life.

The successful candidate will above all bring a genuine passion & spark about all our hotels, restaurants & bars to the table and an eagerness to make your mark in the company to bring these elements to life and spread loyalty & affinity for our hotels, restaurants & bars in the Netherlands. Which include some of the newest or most-talked about hotels, restaurants, bars & even galleries in the city!
With the group & individual hotel, restaurants & bars’ positioning in mind, the successful candidate will strategically conceptualise and communicate creative events, promotions, partnerships, content ideas & activations to keep our brands at the forefront of our target audience’s minds. You will also as act as a liaison between all departments to always be aware of what’s happening and effectively communicate the region’s ongoing strategies and activations. And lastly you master the Dutch and English languages.

What is included in your role as Regional Marketing Executive?
- ANNUAL MARKETING STRATEGY: Support the Assistant PR & Marketing Manager in creating and delivering the region’s PR & Marketing 90 days plans and be the driving force behind all content matrices as the one source of truth for all teams.
- PR & INFLUENCERS: Get creative together with our PR agencies to ensure our hotels, restaurants, bars, spas & meeting event spaces are much talked about by press, influencers, locals and key feeder markets for all the right reasons. And proactively approach, respond to, coordinate, track and report on influencer, media stays and filming enquiries
- RESTAURANTS & BARS: Support the Restaurant & Bars Marketing Team in increasing awareness & loyalty of each restaurant & bar, also around key periods, holiday days & city-wide events.
- CONTENT: Play a leading role in the organisation, mood boarding and execution of all photo & video shoots
- PARTNERSHIPS & PROGRAMMING: Establish relevant partnerships, events & exhibition programming with exciting partners to boost awareness.
- ONLINE: Support with the updating of key online channels to ensure they are the best reflection of each offering including owned channels such as standalones as well as third party sites.
- DESIGN: Coordinate, design and deliver promotional materials, including but not limited to collateral, digital updates, social media content, advertisements and presentations
- TEAM: Support with onboarding, inspiration and leadership of the more junior members of the marketing team
- GENERAL: Providing overall support where/when required to the Hotels and or Regional Teams and not being shy to bring fresh & exciting ideas to the table to further the success of all hotels. No idea is too crazy!
