As our new Recruitment Marketing Manager you will be based in our Amsterdam Office. You will be responsible to support and oversee CBRE’s Advisory employer brand and recruitment marketing activities across Continental Europe (CE), with a particular focus on its key markets/countries.
CBRE Advisory hires roles that vary from Brokers to Project Managers to Consultants. You will partner with the business, the People team, Corporate Communications and Marketing colleagues to ensure talent – both within the company today and future hires - engages with CBRE in meaningful, distinctive and innovative ways.

You are an experienced Recruitment Marketer with a pioneering spirit who will join our newly formed Global Talent Marketing team. You are passionate about creating scalable campaign strategies that are customized for specific talent segments to create awareness, consideration and interest among the very best active and passive candidates. You are known for being an exceptional partner to your stakeholders and always strive to deliver results that exceed their expectations.
You will work in a matrix managed organization where you are part of the Global Talent Marketing team and at the same time member of the Continental Europe People community. This matrix is also reflected in your reporting line: you will report to the Sr. Global Marketing Manager (solid line) and to the Head of People for Continental Europe (dotted line).
What will you do?
- Manage, localize, and activate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform across all content, career channels, touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner.
- Provide high quality consultation, education, and recommendations to a variety of internal stakeholders in need of your help (Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, etc.) on critical talent attraction challenges by independently developing solutions, often from a blank sheet of paper
- Maintain a deep macro-understanding of recruiting, talent, and marketing trends with a micro-understanding of what motivates multiple talent segments to choose an employer
- Responsible for an annual Continental Europe marketing plan and localized strategy which increases awareness and consideration of CBRE as an employer, while converting high-quality talent.
- Oversee all Recruitment Marketing for the Advisory business in Continental Europe, including local strategy, stakeholder management, and operations
- Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (lead gen & apply clicks)
What will you bring?
- You have 3 years (or more) experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing.
- You have experience in creating recruitment marketing campaigns.
- You have demonstrated expertise in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- You have the ability to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency.
- You operate effectively in a lean, fluid and evolving team, with a bias for action.
- You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire your team and peer groups both verbally and in writing.
- You have experience in collaborating and working cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree.
