Company Description

The Recruitment Marketing Lead will define and activate the recruitment marketing strategy, in close collaboration with stakeholders across Adevinta, including recruiters and the Employer Brand team. The Lead will act as the internal Recruitment Marketing expert, educating recruiters on recruitment marketing and building capability across the Talent Acquisition team.

Key activities

Develops (and supports execution of) a strategy for building relevant talent networks/talent communities
Works with the Social Media Team to attract and engage prospective candidates (including automated communication)
Creates engaging campaigns that target relevant talent communities and educates the recruitment team on how to effectively build and deliver campaigns
Plans, manages, tracks and reports on recruitment marketing activities to ensure that the strategy is optimised and tailored to the right audience
Supports the Talent Acquisition team in attending job fairs and other recruiting events
Is well-connected throughout the organisation to ensure impactful translation of the Employer Brand, Talent Experience and recruitment needs into an effective recruitment marketing strategy
Keeps up-to-date with the latest Recruitment Marketing trends; uses and shares recruitment marketing best practices across Adevinta
