What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

Your biggest challenge is to approach and attract the right candidates for positions within Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. You will be involved in the entire recruitment process from the first contact to the signing of the contract.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Publish vacancies on the appropriate channels
• Monitor response rate to vacancies and speak to candidates in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
• Communicate and consult with department heads to find the ideal candidate
• Pre-select candidates, schedule interviews with department heads and conduct selection interviews yourself or together with department heads
• Actively approach potential candidates who fit the ideal candidate
• Attend Recruitment events and Career Fairs of hotel schools to enthuse students about the career opportunities within Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam
• Carrying out projects to improve Employer Branding
