Stage Coach, LLC The Gardens at Columbine is a retirement community that includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care residence. We are located in Littleton, CO near Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Denver.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Caregiving duties:

Answer call lights, assist with daily tasks, assist with teeth/dentures, grooming including shampooing, combing hair, and shaving, assist with bathing, dressing and undressing residents.

-Assist with personal laundry, making beds and taking out trash

-All other daily needs for residents in memory care and assisted living

-Communicate using a radio

-Will also be responsible for light housekeeping (making beds and emptying the trash)

QMAP duties include Caregiving duties plus:

-Administer medications to residents based on the seven Rights; Person, Right Drug, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time, Right Documentation, Right of the Client to Refuse

-Reorder medication in a timely manner

-Adheres to the QMAP Scope and Standards for practice in Colorado

Qualifications:

-Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred

-Pass Background Check and Drug Test

-Pass Routine TB Test

-QMAP- must complete Colorado QMAP class, pass written and practical test, and have never had a professional license or certificate revoked by a state or any other jurisdiction. Must have a record of satisfactory med pours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
