About the role:

The Purchasing Administrator is part of the Spare Parts team of the After Sales department and reports to the Spare Parts and Sourcing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Purchase order processing, direct contact between department and suppliers;
• Provide general administrative support for the department including routine processing of purchase requisitions, shipment receiving in ERP, account payable;
• Work closely with the finance department to make sure invoices are paid on time;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls regarding procurement procedures;
• Monitor the contract preparation and order placement according to the purchasing cycle;
• Handle and settle any claims for any unaccepted items;
• Performs additional assignments as requested by supervisor.

Candidate profile:

• You have degree in Business administration or Finance;
• You are detail oriented and accurate;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You are flexible and able to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Good knowledge of Excel – familiarity with SAP will be considered an asset;
• You are fluent in English, oral and written, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
