Responsibility and Duties

• 3-5 years project management experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to supervise all phases of the construction project, from the initial competitive bid process through final project completion.
• Solid experience and ability in project estimating, engineering, materials purchasing, labor scheduling, and project documentation.
• Accurately forecast and manage all project financials, including budgeting, requisitioning, and job costing.
• Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and overseeing all aspects of field operations.
• Proven track record of successfully handling multiple projects at one time.
• Strong organizational and management skills required.
• Must excel at working with minimal supervision to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Create and build relationships with General Contractors and Project Owners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Project scheduling, schedule updates, schedule management, and documentation
• Change Order estimates, submittals, approval, tracking, and commitments
• Project documentation correspondence, records, paperwork, shop drawings, submittals, approvals, etc.
• Project communication, meetings, agendas, minutes, reports, confirmations, and coordination
• Project start-up and close-out
• Project safety
• Open communication with Management
