Cosmo Cabinets is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in our Atlanta office. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of construction projects for kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops.

Cosmo Cabinets has a manufacturing facility in Eatonton, GA, with a sales office in Atlanta, GA. We manufacture European-style kitchen cabinets servicing multi-family apartments, senior housing, and student housing markets. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the successful completion of kitchen cabinet projects in multi-family apartments. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the follow up from the sale of the project to the start of installation. This individual will need to be a bridge between the sales team, customer's project manager, internal designer, engineering team and installation team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate project timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other personnel to ensure successful project completion.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and the customer, resolving any customer issues and complaints.
• Manage all contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Track, monitor, and manage project budget and ensure accuracy of all project accounting.
• Develop and maintain project specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
